Service Description

Reiki Level I is an introduction to the Reiki healing system and focuses on self-healing and personal energy awareness. In this training, you will learn the history and principles of Reiki, how to work with universal life energy, and how to begin healing yourself and others through gentle touch. This session includes Reiki Level I attunement, guided practice, and foundational teachings to support balance, grounding, and spiritual connection. No prior experience is required.
